Absences
Rehearsals must begin on time. Students are required to arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up. If a student is late to rehearsal they are expected to have a written note from home explaining their lateness.
If a band member is unable to attend a rehearsal or performance a parent or carer must inform the director, preferably by e-mail well in advance. If you have a late emergency absence, call the director's mobile by 7pm the night before.
